Heart to Hand Program

Unexpected hardships like a health emergency, a natural disaster or a death in the family can feel overwhelming. In these circumstances, we want employees to be able to take care of themselves and their families. When one of our employees has personal financial struggles, they may submit an application to receive financial assistance from the company. Applications are reviewed by a committee of Agemark employees from across the U.S. on an as-needed basis.

Agemark Hero Awards

Each year, every Agemark community nominates an employee for the Agemark Hero award. These heroes are the ones among us in the Agemark family who consistently go above and beyond, displaying dedication to those we serve and their fellow employees. Five winners from Agemark communities across the U.S. are chosen based on our core values. They’re invited to the Agemark Annual Corporate Meeting and, during that time, each Hero and a guest of their choice take part in special events, fun activities and are honored at a banquet.

Rewards All Around

Just as we celebrate anniversaries in families, we honor those who have been in our Agemark family at their milestone anniversaries, such as 5, 10, 15 and 20 years. At each milestone, employees may choose their award based on what they prefer. But rewards don’t just come to those who have been in the family for many years. Managers in all Agemark communities are empowered to recognize great work and celebrate positive events. We believe in celebrating the little things as well as the big things, and in capturing as many moments of joy as possible!

Employees are always welcome to complimentary meals while working. Each of our communities is known for chef-created, from-scratch meals that bring compliments from far and wide.
